Its fruity notes come from the combination of malt matured in Sherry, ex-bourbon and Mizunara casks. The whisky also has fragrant sandalwood notes from the aged Sherry and sherried malt. The result is a luxurious, full-bodied spirit that can be enjoyed straight or in cocktails.
The distillery offers guided tours for its visitors. The cost of the tour is 1,000 yen and it includes whisky tasting. Advance reservations are required for the tour and visits are conducted several times a day.
